About Amy
Amy is Gravie’s Chief People Officer, where she deploys almost 30 years of HR experience to lead all of the usual people functions like recruiting, retention and talent development. As the rapid growth of Gravie’s workforce has been anything but usual, finding ways to attract, motivate and retain talented people has been a prime focus of Amy’s role.
Prior to Gravie, Amy was the senior vice president at ECMC Group, a student loan services organization, and a human capital partner with UnitedHealth Group. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of St. Thomas, and also owns several restaurants in Minneapolis.
