As we enter this season of giving thanks and begin reflecting on the year that’s now mostly behind us, the Gravie team certainly has a lot to be thankful for in 2022. We’ve seen some incredible growth, and it’s clearer than ever that consumer-focused benefits are truly needed.

We’ve seen our employee roster almost double this year, and have been able to hire across all departments while staying dedicated to a culture that allows for collaboration and unity, and that offers meaningful opportunities for personal and professional growth. We couldn’t be more grateful to our dedicated team members – both newcomers and seasoned Gravie veterans – who are inspired by and committed to our lofty mission of building a health plan people can love.

A fresh space to accompany fresh ideas
As long as we’re spreading some love and appreciation, we also want to mention our exciting new headquarters in northeast Minneapolis. Although many of our team members work out of home offices across the country, our new office serves as an exciting new hub for collaboration and health benefits innovation. We’re eager to share more details about the new space’s thoughtful community-centered design soon.

And we’re of course especially grateful for our broker partners throughout the country who are passionate about providing the best selection of health benefits to their clients, and who have played an integral role in our success. Not to mention the small and mid-sized businesses who sign on to our vision for better health benefits.
It’s been great to get back to in-person events with brokers in various cities around the nation this year! We love hearing directly from our partners in their home markets – spending quality time, trading ideas and sharing about the innovation happening at Gravie along the way.
