No person who refers an employer to Gravie may discuss, recommend or offer any advice to the employer being referred or any individual employee regarding insurance or specific insurance policy terms and conditions.

An employer is considered a referral once the employer has signed a contract with Gravie and gone “pve.” The reward will be earned regardless of whether Gravie makes any insurance sales as a result of the contract with the referred employer. The reward is not dependent on the sale of insurance to any individual employee.

If two employers/individuals refer the same employer, the one who referred the employer at an earlier date will receive the referral credit.

If Gravie is in current discussions with an employer about Gravie services at the time a referral of the employer is made, no referral credit will be given.

The Gravie Employer Referral Program and the rewards provided are open to any person 18 years of age or older who refers a prospective employer to Gravie. You do NOT have to be a Gravie customer in order to be eligible to participate in this referral program. Gravie employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Taxes on Gravie rewards are the sole responsibility of the referring employer/individual. Any individual or employer participating in the Gravie Employer Referral Program agrees to supply Gravie with any information necessary for Gravie to issue appropriate tax documentation relating to rewards earned during the calendar year.

An individual or employer’s participation in the Gravie Employer Referral Program, including any disputes arising out of an individual or employer’s participation in the Program, shall be governed by the Terms of Use and Terms of Service available at https://www.gravie.com/ and at https://www.gravie.com/employers/terms/.

Gravie reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Gravie referral program at any time without prior notice.
