During the kickoff meeting, your account manager will explain what Gravie is and how it works, show your employees what the experience looks like, and explain the service that’s available to employees year-round through Gravie advisors.
The kickoff meeting is designed to answer both general questions (like “Why are we doing this?”) and specific questions (like “How do government tax credits work?”). It also gives us an opportunity to talk about how Gravie benefits employees and the company as a whole. Here are a few of the topics we cover:
- Why this change – what’s in it for us? We’ll explain how employees can save money and have more choice with Gravie
- Who’s going to help me? This is when we’ll talk about all the things Gravie advisors can do to help employees
- When can I shop for a plan? How do I get started? How do I sign up? We’ll walk your team through the same screen captures they’ll see when shopping online to demonstrate how everything works
- How does the money work? We’ll explain how the money you’re providing them gets applied to their monthly bill and how we can help manage payments
Gravie’s onboarding goal is to make your team’s transition from a traditional group plan (or no plan at all) as smooth and stress-free as possible. For that to happen it’s also important to get employee buy-in. During the kickoff meeting we help build that buy-in by showing that we understand change is hard (even when it’s positive change), by being thorough in our explanations, and by being clear and straightforward in our answers to questions. After the kickoff meeting, your account manager is available to help you, and Gravie advisors will be at your employees’ sides to help in any way they can.
