About Tom

Tom is responsible for Gravie’s insurance products, leading Risk Solutions Insurance Company which provides stop loss insurance to Gravie customers.    

Tom joined Gravie in 2021 and has over 35 years of accident, health and life insurance and reinsurance experience. Prior to Gravie, he was a Managing Director at AON developing and assisting clients with strategic health initiatives and effective capital and risk solutions. Tom has held senior executive positions at three leading international insurers with responsibility for marketing, underwriting, enterprise risk management, sales, M&A, specialty health networks and medical management, and has participated on the board of a multinational employee benefits pool. He has also led a successful accident, health and life insurance company startup and IPO which was listed on the NYSE.  

Tom has a Business degree from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management and an Executive MBA from the University of St. Thomas, Minneapolis, MN.
