Chief Brand Officer
Jeff has overall responsibility for Gravie’s brand strength among members, benefits professionals, employer clients, providers and the public. This includes awareness and perception of the company and its products; marketing; brand storytelling through digital, social, and traditional media; customer experience and insights; and member communications.
Prior to joining Gravie in 2022, Jeff was partner and president of imre, a national healthcare marketing agency, where he created the imre Health brand and led the firm’s pivot from a small consumer agency to a life sciences and biotech marketing powerhouse that ultimately sold to private equity in 2021. Jeff also has served as a senior executive at global agency Weber Shandwick, where he developed public affairs programs for large health insurers, provider organizations, and pharmacy benefit management firms. Earlier in his career, Jeff led public affairs and external communications for the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association and for BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee.
Jeff is an active volunteer and advisor to a number of nonprofit and for-profit organizations, with a focus on the LGBTQ community, mental health, and digital marketing.
