Andie is an analytical and results-driven executive with a proven record of excellence in performance and collaborative leadership, focused on establishing strategic direction, driving operational execution, developing leaders and making complex decisions with experience from start-ups to Fortune 10 organizations. She is attracted to difficult situations and is determined to follow challenges through to successful resolution. Andie is recognized for her unique ability to see both the big picture and execute the strategy. She is a high-impact, dynamic leader known for reliability and dependability with expertise in utilizing available resources fully to guarantee maximum productivity. Andie is also an influential leader, skilled in building and leading strong transformational teams that align, frame and support business needs.
Andie is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and an active member of the profession. She has served as an elected Board member of the Society of Actuaries and is currently serving as a Trustee for The Actuarial Foundation. Andie is currently pursuing her Executive MBA at Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
