Your network access as a Gravie member

Gravie members in Wisconsin have access to two provider networks: HPS/PayMedix (Primary Network) and First Health (Supplemental Network). While both networks are available to you, we recommend prioritizing the HPS network for your healthcare needs to access additional features that support affordability and convenience.

Primary Network: HPS | PayMedix

We’ve partnered with the HPS/PayMedix Network to help make your healthcare more affordable and easier to manage. With this partnership, you’ll have access to some of the best available rates so you can get the care you need while keeping costs down.

Important:
When searching for providers, make sure to select “HPS Provider Network” from the dropdown menu. Do not select the WPS or Trilogy networks, as these are not applicable to your plan.

Supplemental Network: First Health

Alongside your primary network, you have access to First Health-a supplemental, in-network option offering extensive care nationwide.

Even if a provider isn’t available in your primary network, you may still have access to them through your supplemental network, First Health.

  • You can manage your bills with interest-free financing, regardless of credit score.

If your provider isn’t currently listed as in-network with HPS|PayMedix, you can nominate them to be added. This can potentially help you gain access to better rates and improved coverage. To nominate a provider, simply visit https://hps.md/nominateprovider and complete the short nomination form. HPS will review the nomination and reach out to the provider to explore joining the network.

A: No problem, PayMedix offers interest-free financing to help you spread out payments over time. Everyone qualifies, regardless of credit score.
