I’m a hands-on CTO/VP Engineering executive and technical architect who builds and scales platforms that drive meaningful business impact across fintech, healthcare, enterprise SaaS, and large-scale consumer products.
My career has spanned the full spectrum of engineering leadership, from early-stage startups with teams of 25 to global engineering organizations of 300+ engineers, leading distributed teams across the US, Latin America, Eastern Europe, and India.
At Torch, I led the pivot from human-only to AI-augmented coaching, unlocking enterprise markets that simply weren’t accessible before. At Headspace, I drove the merger of two platforms into the first full continuum of mental health care in a single product, serving 70M+ users across 190+ countries. At Highspot, I scaled a B2B SaaS platform to 12M+ global users while enabling EU market expansion through data residency compliance.
I bring deep hands-on technical expertise across AI/ML systems, distributed architecture, and data platforms, and a track record of driving cost efficiencies through cloud optimization, global delivery, and AI-powered workflow automation. I’ve led compliance with some of the most complex regulatory frameworks in financial services and healthcare, including SOC 2, HIPAA, HITRUST, FFIEC, SOX, and GLBA.
I’m particularly drawn to organizations building disruptive products, redefining markets, and creating entirely new ways of working.
