Marketing Specialist


About The Position

Hi, we’re Gravie. We improve the way employers offer health benefits and provide employees coverage they can actually use. We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to contribute to the success of Gravie in big ways by creating a variety of sales materials, assisting with advertising, PR and sponsorship opportunities, and coordinating and tracking the progress of marketing projects and initiatives. The Marketing Specialist will play an integral role in helping to get marketing projects and initiatives across the finish line and creating resources that aid in lead generation as well as selling Gravie’s products and services. 

You Will:

·      Create new sales & marketing materials as requested and make updates/changes to existing materials as needed, maintaining a consistent Gravie look and message throughout

·      Be the day-to-day contact to organize and communicate the process and status of all incoming, ongoing and completed marketing initiatives. Contacts would include sales and marketing team members, as well as other Gravie departments.  

·      Work with outside vendors to get quotes, order collateral and marketing swag

·      Work with strategic partners to facilitate marketing initiatives, including digital advertisements, sponsorship opportunities, and third-party advertising

·      Manage Gravie’s blog and social media pages - copywriting, editing, sharing

·      Manage and maintain the marketing calendar, documenting and tracking the details of all campaigns

·      Create various CRM reports as requested and help to maintain CRM databases

·      Generate appointments for Gravie sales reps by reaching out to brokers following select marketing activities, such as webinars

·      Analyze campaign results and performance via multiple CRMs to provide guidance for future marketing initiatives

·      Demonstrate the Gravie competencies: empathy, authenticity, curiosity, creativity, and outcome orientation

You Bring:

·      Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or communications

·      4+ years of relevant experience

·      Proven writing skills

·      Excellent communication skills

·      Experience using CRM tools

·      Organizational and time management skills

Extra Credit: 

·      Pardot experience

·      Salesforce experience

·      Healthcare or health insurance marketing experience

·      Previous experience in a start-up
