Will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients with the primary goal being to generate new qualified appointments for Breitenfeldt Group’s Sales Advisors. This position is in the Maple Grove location of Breitenfeldt Group.

Accountabilities 

  • Ensures full customer satisfaction and maintains a friendly, helpful demeanor
  • Participates in determining Medicare or Social Security enrollments
  • Schedules qualified appointments for Breitenfeldt Group’s Sales Advisors
  • Educates prospects by various communication methods including public speaking to educate prospects on company products and services
  • Manages time effectively to ensure that the team’s focus of strategically scheduling meetings, attending meetings, timely data entry, and to follow-up appropriately ensuring a great customer experience
  • Plans for and participates in on-line certification to maintain license
  • Collaborates with team on new initiatives to ensure effectiveness and consults with compliance prior to implementing new ideas
  • Works as a team to achieve monthly appointment goals
  • Engage and generate interest in Breitenfeldt Group through strategic outreach
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify initiatives way to reach the target markets
  • Manage all assigned leads and assist other team members when they are absent
  • Become an proficient in lead generation best practices and apply those practices in your daily work
  • Represent Breitenfeldt Group at local events or tradeshows to generate new leads and help with brand awareness
